The Opportunity
Step into a prime, central location and take ownership of a new retail travel office. With strong backing from senior leadership, you’ll drive sales, shape team culture, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example—selling, coaching, and inspiring success.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a motivated travel team
- Drive sales performance and implement local marketing strategies
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners
- Create and sell tailored international leisure travel experiences
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
