The Role
You’ll manage end-to-end travel arrangements for a portfolio of VIP clients, delivering seamless, tailored experiences with a strong focus on service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of corporate travel including flights, accommodation, transfers, and special requests
- Build strong relationships with clients, PAs, and EAs
- Design tailored travel solutions aligned with client preferences and company policies
- Handle complex international itineraries with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver a consistently high level of personalised service
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in international corporate and leisure travel consulting
- Advanced GDS and airfare knowledge
- Confidence managing complex itineraries
- A service-driven, detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
