THE ROLE
Provide practical, timely, and professional advice on workplace behaviour, performance management, employee relations, and lifecycle activities, while contributing to broader HR projects, reporting, and compliance requirements.
You will work closely with managers and leaders to build capability and ensure fair, consistent, and effective people practices across the business.
THE MUST HAVES
• Previous experience in a HR advisory role
• Strong understanding of employment legislation, policy, and workplace relations
• Confident coach with the ability to influence and guide managers
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Professional, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
