• They are destination experts and passionate about their clients having a once in a lifetime opportunity when travelling.
• Groups range from weddings to family reunions, sporting, special interest, educational trips and more.

The Role

• From the initial group enquiry to supplier negotiation, operations and post trip follow up- you will be across it all.
• You'll also be confident in managing a range of group sizes and providing exceptional service.
• Working closely with internal departments you'll ensure a seamless client experience.

The Must Haves

• Previous experience within a groups travel consultant role
• Exceptional relationship building and management skills
• Proven ability to meet individual and team KPIs
• Top notch customer service skills & attention to detail
• Happy to work a 7 day rotating roster as needed
• Be happy to be office based
