THE ROLE
As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you'll work with both direct clients and travel agency partners to design and book unforgettable travel experiences across some of the world's most sought-after destinations.
No two days are the same as you create everything from dream honeymoons and luxury family holidays to premium cruise experiences and tailor-made itineraries.
- Manage inbound calls and email enquiries from travel agents and direct clients
- Create bespoke international travel itineraries
- Sell luxury holidays, cruises, honeymoons and premium travel experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service from enquiry through to travel
- Build strong relationships with clients and agency partners
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Maintain expert product and destination knowledge

THE MUST HAVES
Passionate about travel, love creating unforgettable experiences and thrive in a sales-focused environment. Enjoy building relationships and have the confidence and expertise to design complex international itineraries.
- Extensive experience as a Travel Consultant within retail or wholesale travel
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong Sabre GDS skills
- Experience booking international itineraries using both net and published fares
- Excellent destination knowledge
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for travel
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
