THE ROLE
As a Wholesale Travel Consultant, you’ll be a key point of contact for travel agents, assisting them with enquiries and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing travel agent enquiries via phone and email
- Providing professional and knowledgeable customer service
- Assisting agents with product information, availability and bookings
- Converting enquiries into sales and confirmed reservations
- Identifying opportunities to maximise each booking
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Developing strong relationships with travel agency partners
- Encouraging repeat business through exceptional service
- Maintaining accurate booking information and customer records
- Working closely with your team to deliver a seamless booking experience

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

- Previous customer service, travel reservations or call centre experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with customers over the phone and via email
- A genuine passion for travel and customer service

- The ability to work effectively in a busy environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
