THE ROLE
- This well-respected and highly reputable tour company is known for their expertise in designing and operating special interest cultural and arts tours, domestically and internationally.
- Working Mon - Fri hours you'll assist seasoned travelers with their pre- and post-tour travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, travel insurance and visas.
- Be the first point of contact and deliver a 5-star service, ensuring a personalised and exclusive experience.
YOUR DAY
This position offers a variety of work and will see you:
- Promptly respond to incoming client enquiries
- Engage with interested travelers to promote new tours
- Send out new tour brochures via email or post
- Process tour bookings and pre- and post-tour travel arrangements
- Act on feedback to continuously enhance service quality
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous retail or wholesale travel consulting experience
- Strong Sabre GDS skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Genuine drive to provide exceptional customer service
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
