THE ROLE
- Design and propose comprehensive yet balanced tour itineraries that meet clients' criteria and budget
- Assist overseas agents' queries via email, system messages and phone calls
- Respond to agents in a timely manner
- Go above and beyond to make each excursion perfect and memorable
- Assist the team with ad-hoc office administrative tasks
THE MUST HAVES
- Minimum 1-2 year inbound/domestic tourism experience
- Strong luxury destination and product knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
