THE COMPANY
- This leading international travel company is looking for an experienced travel consultant with top notch airfare knowledge and ticketing skills to join them

THE ROLE
- Assisting internal and external clients, you'll utilise your strong airfare knowledge to ensure the best airfare deals are being applied and rules followed
- Undertake competitor analysis
- Handle all ticketing requirements
- Ensure PNRs include all required mandatory information and help reduce EDMs
- As required jump in and help the wholesale reservations teams during busy periods

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- International travel consulting experience
- Strong GDS skill preferably in Sabre
- Proven skills in ticketing
- Exceptional airfare knowledge and ability to decipher fare rules
- First class customer service skills
- Ability to reach and exceed targets and KPIs
