The Role
- Managing a team of consultants, you will be responsible for onboarding, training and developing along with ensuring individual and team KPIS are met
- You’ll be able to identify areas of additional training needs and undertake performance management of consultants when required.
- As a hands-on manager, you will also handle the leisure travel plans for the discerning traveller.

The Must Haves
- Previous experience in managing a travel team, assistant managers ready to step up will also be considered
- Leisure travel consultant experience
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills
- Top notch customer service skills & attention to detail
- Strong airfare knowledge & GDS skills
