Senior Corporate Travel Consultant | Brisbane

THE ROLE

Bring your corporate travel skills to this well-established close-knit team of highly trained creative professionals who delight in delivering bespoke corporate travel itineraries.

This TMC offers 24/7 support and expertise to prioritise client satisfaction and ensure a seamless travel experience. This is your opportunity to showcase your capacity to fulfill travel bookings, while maintaining professional relationships with suppliers, negotiating as necessary to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

Your responsibilities will include close communication with team members, travelers and PAs/EAs to ensure travel requests are actioned within client SLAs.

You will serve as the main point of contact for all travel-related inquiries and issues, managing accurate client files and creating precise expense reports for clients, as necessary.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Previous experience providing travel solutions to corporate clients
• Proven GDS Experience – Amadeus preferred
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and computer skills
• Flexible, motivated and reliable team player
• Enjoys working in a vibrant and passionate culture
• Ability to work well under pressure and results driven
