About the Company
This well-established boutique travel agency has been operating successfully for over 10 years. Known for its loyal client base and personalised service, the business is now expanding and seeking an experienced Retail Travel Manager and Senior Consultant to help launch and shape a high-performing new team.
The Opportunity
Step into a brand-new store environment where you’ll have the backing of an experienced travel business owner while playing a key role in building operations, culture, and sales success. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead by example, selling travel while also developing and guiding a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail travel team
- Recruit and train new staff as the store grows
- Drive sales performance and implement local marketing initiatives
- Build strong supplier relationships
- Sell tailored international and leisure travel experiences
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences
- Oversee daily store operations and service delivery

- Proven retail travel experience with leadership capability

- Ability to work a 6-day rotating roster
