The Company
- Our client is a leading inbound tour operator and currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join and lead their dynamic team.
- Be part of a fun and professional team while managing their Sydney based Tour Operations Team
About the role
- Manage, mentor and train the operations team including FIT and groups consultants
- Grow and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships
- Provide high-level support in the event of significant issues
- Work closely with senior leadership in the growth and financial success of the company
- Liaise and build strong relationships with internal product, sales and finance teams
The Must Haves
- Â Previous travel industry experience, preferably with an inbound tour operator or in the wholesale travel sector
- Excellent time management skills, working well under pressure and displaying efficient multitasking abilities
- Strong people management experience
- Happy to be office based 5 days/week
