Injury Management Advisor – Adelaide

This leading national tourism company is growing their team and have the opportunity for an experienced Injury Management Advisor to join them.

The Role

• As part of a supportive team based in their head office you will be responsible for managing the return-to-work process for their employees across the country after any work-related injuries.
• Oversee the injury management process
• Develop injury prevention strategies
• Ensure accurate and appropriate record keeping
• Be across relevant legislations state by state
• Manage communication channels between stakeholders, internally and externally

The Must Haves

• Previous experience in a similar injury management or return to work role
• You will need your Work SA - Return to Work Coordinator Accreditation
• Previous experience in managing all workers’ compensation functions
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational and record keeping skills
