THE COMPANY
Our client is an international multi-award-winning Hotel and Resort group, new to Australia. This luxurious five-star hotel is centrally located in Sydney’s CBD, only minutes away from the Opera House, Circular Quay, and Martin Place.
THE ROLE
You will enjoy taking the reins of this dynamic HR Team, working closely with managers to provide support, mentoring and coaching.
Key responsibilities include:
·       Managing employee engagement
·       Implementing learning & development initiatives
·       Driving the day-to-day HR function
·       Consulting on ER/IR issues
·       Performance management
·       Managing workers' compensation claims
·       Promoting a positive and safe work culture
·       Facilitating training programs

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
·       Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
·       Proven experience in HR or operational leadership within the Hotel Industry
·       Strong knowledge of Australian employment law
·       Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
·       Strong leadership skills & a can-do attitude
·       Hands on approach & a passion for the Hotel Industry
