THE ROLE
You will enjoy taking the reins of this dynamic HR Team, working closely with managers to provide support, mentoring and coaching.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee engagement
- Implementing learning & development initiatives
- Driving the day-to-day HR function
- Consulting on ER/IR issues
- Performance management
- Managing workers' compensation claims
- Promoting a positive and safe work culture
- Facilitating training programs

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Proven experience in HR or operational leadership within the Hotel Industry
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills & a can-do attitude
