If you're passionate about travel, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy bringing complex group itineraries to life, this is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional travel experiences.
Working with trusted tourism partners, you'll coordinate every stage of a group's journey—from planning and pricing through to on-the-ground support—ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish.
THE ROLE
- Design and cost customised group itineraries
- Coordinate bookings and arrangements with hotels, transport providers, airlines, rail operators, and other tourism suppliers
- Manage group operations and provide support while clients are travelling
- Proactively resolve operational issues and find solutions when challenges arise
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners
- Deliver outstanding service and attention to detail at every stage of the customer journey
THE MUST HAVES
You'll be a highly organised and motivated tourism professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Experience in the tourism industry, ideally within group travel operations
- Strong domestic destination product knowledge
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine commitment to customer service excellence
- French language skills highly desirable
- Hybrid opportunities available also
