Working with trusted tourism partners, you'll coordinate every stage of a group's journey—from planning and pricing through to on-the-ground support—ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish.
THE ROLE
>Designing and costing customised group itineraries
>Coordinating bookings and arrangements with hotels, transport providers, airlines, rail operators, and other tourism suppliers
>Managing group operations and providing support while clients are travelling
>Proactively resolving operational issues and finding solutions when challenges arise
>Preparing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records
>Building strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners
>Delivering outstanding service and attention to detail at every stage of the customer journey
THE MUST HAVES
You'll be a highly organised and motivated tourism professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and delivering exceptional experiences.
We're looking for someone with:
✔ Experience in the tourism industry, ideally within group travel operations
âś” Strong domestic destination product knowledge
âś” Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
âś” The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
âś” Strong communication and problem-solving skills
âś” A genuine commitment to customer service excellence
