THE ROLE
As a key member of the Groups team, you'll manage the entire travel journey from initial enquiry through to post-travel follow-up.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Managing group travel enquiries from start to finish
-Building customised itineraries and travel solutions
-Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best outcomes
-Coordinating logistics and operational requirements
-Maintaining strong client and supplier relationships
-Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
-Providing exceptional service to groups of varying sizes

THE MUST HAVES
-Previous experience in a Groups Travel Consultant role
-Strong travel industry knowledge and operational expertise
-Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
-Proven ability to achieve individual and team KPIs
-Outstanding attention to detail and customer service focus
-Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster when required
-Availability to work from the office
