The Role
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be commercially minded and able to strategically drive the travel division to meet and exceed their objectives
- Continuing to build on a positive and inclusive workplace culture you will be responsible for overseeing reservations, groups and product and marketing teams on a day to day basis.
- You will not be afraid of a little hard work and step in to assist hands on with a variety of tasks when required.
The Musts Haves
- Previous senior leadership experience within a travel business preferably a wholesale or retail travel environment
- Exceptional people management and mentoring skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth
- Ability to work 5 days in a CBD office
