THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a talented General Manager who has a proven track record driving performance through strategic leadership to take the reins of their modern, city based all service 4.5 star hotel, catering to all market segments.
Bring your hands-on management style to this boutique environment with a strong can-do attitude and focus on exceptional customer service. Drive exceptional financial results, implement delivery service strategies and build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Work with key talent to develop creative concepts to offer exceptional guest experience.
Reporting directly to the Area General Manager, you will be responsible for all divisions including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Guest Experience. Key focus will be to rebrand their F&B offerings.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
• Hands on leadership skills to manage an existing successful team
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue management
• Proven results in delivering a strong financial performance
• Demonstrated ability to manage high employee engagement
• Strong focus on exceeding guests’ expectations
• Well-developed time management and prioritising skills
