🔷Co-ordinate and oversee the running of the FOH Departments
🔷Communicate effectively with Department Heads to ensure an outstanding guest experience
🔷Be aware of VIP and Group arrivals and departures to ensure a seamless guest experience

THE MUST HAVES
☑️A passion for hospitality, customer service, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
☑️Proven experience as a Rooms Division Manager or Front Office Manager
☑️A hands-on, people-first leadership style with a focus on team engagement and culture
