THE ROLE
- Reporting to the DOSM, this role has four direct reports
- Proactively identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities across the Corporate & Consortia segments to expand market share through strategic sales leadership and relationship management
- Expand revenue streams from existing and new trade distribution partners through strategic initiatives and partnerships
- Develop and retain solid relationships with leisure travel advisors and consortia partners to increase the leisure market share
- Control the corporate tendering and consortia contracting processes
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience in successfully identifying and securing new clients within Corporate & Consortia segments
- Proven success in business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strategic leadership and commercial acumen skills
- Solid, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Well-developed time management and prioritising skills
