Are you a talented DOSM craving a change of scenery?
This luxury hotel group is seeking a talented and experienced DOSM to manage the sales and marketing strategy for this 5-star hotel in the heart of the city.
Partnering with the General Manager you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Sales and Marketing Department, overseeing circa a team of 10 staff.
THE ROLE
- Responsible for driving performance across rooms, MICE, conferencing and events
- Lead and develop the sales and marketing team, providing structure, clear expectations and mentoring
- Establish and oversee budgets for Sales, Marketing, and Conference & Events Sales departments
- Cultivate powerful relationships and build meaningful connections to win new business

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous DOSM experience in a similar role
- Ability to engage, inspire, develop and mentor a team
- Strong business growth strategy and proven financial acumen
