THE ROLE
- Dealing with busy corporate clients travel requests
- Booking flights, hotels and car hire and any special requests to predominantly domestic destinations
- Provide tailored travel options that best suit clients’ needs, ensuring compliance with travel policies
- Handle last-minute changes with efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide technical support to clients and emergency assistance during travel
- Analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Work cohesively within a lively and dynamic closeknit team
- Deliver exceptional customer service while preparing seamless travel arrangements
- Participate as a team member and contribute to the wellbeing of our company

THE MUST HAVES
- Previous corporate travel experience
- Experience with Amadeus & Tramada ideal but not essential
- Groups experience an advantage
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with a high level of administration skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Quick to learn new systems, products, and processes
