THE COMPANY

This globally recognised corporate TMC is seeking a bright and talented corporate travel consultant to join their dynamic team. This award winning TMC concentrates solely on SME businesses, and prides itself on delivering an effortless end to end travel experience thanks to innovative technology and bespoke service.

THE ROLE

• Manage corporate client’s travel arrangements domestically & internationally

• Action all travel requests within client SLAs

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Identify and promptly resolve complex travel-related issues

• Fostered enduring relationships with suppliers

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends

• Provide, administrative & finance reporting support as necessary

• Analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Min 18 months experience in international corporate or retail travel

• Solid GDS Skills

• Sound airfare & geographic knowledge

• Exceptional customer service skills

• High attention to detail

• Highly driven & solutions-orientated
