The Role
As the face of the business, you’ll create a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. From the moment they arrive to the moment they leave, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly with professionalism and warmth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests as the first point of contact
- Managing meeting room bookings and schedules
- Coordinating car parking and building access
- Supporting food & beverage service and deliveries
- Handling general reception and concierge duties with confidence
About You
- Experience in hotel concierge or a similar guest-facing role
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
- Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Always willing to go above and beyond
- Impeccable presentation and professional grooming
