THE ROLE
Lead and manage all aspects of property operations, drive strategic portfolio growth, and build strong stakeholder relationships while delivering operational excellence, sustainable business growth, and a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Oversee daily reservations and housekeeping operations across the property portfolio, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Lead, mentor and support the reservations team to deliver seamless guest experiences from initial booking through to check-out.
• Drive exceptional service standards through ongoing performance monitoring, staff coaching and the prompt resolution of guest enquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise reservation processes, streamline workflows and improve operational efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with caretakers, housekeepers and property teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Establish and maintain high service standards, foster a positive team culture and recognise outstanding individual and team performance.
THE MUST HAVES
• Previous General Manager experience in a similar hotel role
• Proven ability to engage, motivate, and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that increase revenue performance
• Strong understanding of the local market, including key demand drivers and industry trends
