The Role
This is a true “hunter” sales role, ideal for a driven Business Development Manager with a passion for winning new business.
You will:
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new SME corporate clients nationally
- Build and manage a strong, high-quality sales pipeline
- Use your networking skills to grow brand presence and market reach
- Work closely with senior leadership and account management teams
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term retention strategies

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within corporate travel
- Strong and consistent track record of new business acquisition
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Confident presenter with strong communication abilities
- Experienced with CRM systems and travel technology platforms
- Results-driven with a proactive, self-motivated approach
