- Lead, coach and motivate your team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage staffing levels, rosters and labour costs to meet operational demands
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and workplace procedures
- Create a positive, energetic and customer-focused team culture
Financial & Commercial Management
- Take ownership of restaurant sales performance and operational budgets
- Monitor and control wages, food costs and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
- Manage supplier ordering, stock levels and inventory
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and maximise profitability
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with the Director to achieve business objectives
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
We're looking for a commercially savvy, solutions-focused hospitality professional who knows how to run a successful, high-volume restaurant and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
To be considered, you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager in a high-volume, quick-service, made-to-order food environment
- Previous experience successfully opening a new restaurant or store, from pre-opening preparations through to trading
- Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, wage management, food costs and operational budgets
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, rostering, training and developing successful teams
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for exceptional customer service
- Confidence making decisions, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment
- Current NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Availability to work five days per week
Most importantly, you'll bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for hospitality, with the ability to inspire your team and deliver outstanding results.
