THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this hands-on leadership position will see you:
-Drive hotel performance through strong financial and operational management
-Lead, inspire, and mentor a motivated and high-performing team
-Deliver exceptional guest experiences that consistently exceed expectations
-Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture
-Work closely with department leaders to provide guidance, coaching, and operational support
-Ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations while maintaining luxury service standards
THE MUST HAVES
-Previous experience in Hotel Management
-Strong leadership and team development capabilities
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-A hands-on and approachable management style
-A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
