THE ROLE
- Partner closely with business leaders and the HR team to provide professional, practical, and timely guidance across all aspects of human resources management and industrial relations
- Play a key role in supporting leadership capability, improving workplace outcomes, and contributing to broader HR strategy, projects, reporting, and compliance activities
THE MUST HAVES
- Previous experience in a HR advisory or employee relations role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and HR best practice
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Balanced, practical, and solutions-focused approach to complex workplace matters
- Ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion
