THE ROLE
- Book private luxury travel – first class flights, accommodation, tours and cruises
- Create unforgettable itineraries - luxury cruises, ski adventures, extravagant honeymoons, and bespoke expeditions
- Design bespoke experiences - Michelin-starred restaurants, VIP entry to fashion & sporting events, concerts & theatre
- Deliver expert advice on lifestyle services – gifts, specially curated experiences
- Offer recommendations across the globe to VIP privileges, travel perks & exclusive offers
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Extensive GDS knowledge; preferably Sabre
- Luxury product knowledge
- Previous leisure travel consulting experience
- Passionate and service-orientated approach
- Proven track record in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
