Retail is booming, so bring your extensive travel knowledge to this well-established, boutique travel agency.
Having the flexibility of working Full time or Part time hours, you will join a passionate team of consultants who pride themselves on a high repeat and referral client base.
THE ROLE
-Book flights, hotels and car hire to domestic and worldwide destinations
-Primarily focused on cruise-orientated travel
-Enhance customer satisfaction by tailoring travel packages to individual preferences and needs
-Manage insurance and visa requirements to ensure all journeys are a complete success
-Work cohesively within a closeknit team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
-Previous travel consulting experience
-Strong travel market knowledge
-Genuine drive to provide exceptional customer service
-Outstanding communication skills
-Natural interest and love for the travel & cruise industry
-Galileo experience is highly regarded
