The Company
- This leading international travel company has offices around the globe and currently expanding their Melbourne based team.
- They offer clients a unique and innovative booking platform that adapts with industry trends and their needs.
The Role
- As a travel sales consultant you will be assisting travel industry professionals in booking a range of outbound and inbound packages.
- You'll provide an exceptional level of customer service in order to grow long term relationships with industry partners
- Assist with booking changes, amendments and cancellations as required.
The Must Haves
- Previous travel consulting experience within a retail or wholesale travel environment
- Proven sales ability
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Effective and efficient time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work a Mon - Sat roster
