THE ROLE
- Handle telephone enquiries and bookings from travel agents and direct customers
- Offer exceptional service levels to all customers
- Up sell additional touring options
- Handle amendments and cancellations to bookings as required
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking process
- Inspire clients with your destination knowledge and passion
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous experience in retail or wholesale travel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
