THE ROLE
-Provide coverage for Travel Consultants while they are on leave
-Deliver exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment
-Support teammates with general admin service requests
-Work cohesively within a lively & dynamic team
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
-International retail travel consultancy experience
-Extensive Sabre GDS & Tramada knowledge
-Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
-Strong organisational and time management skills
-Genuine interpersonal and communication skills
