THE ROLE
• Design and propose tour itineraries for overseas agents
• Assist overseas agents with queries via email, system messages & phone calls
• Provide travel-related information to overseas agents
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Minimum 1-2 year inbound/domestic tourism experience
• Excellent destination and product knowledge of Australia, NZ & Fiji
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well unsupervised
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
