Bring your passion of the travel industry to this dynamic, high energy role and be responsible for handling the logistics of entertainment and music touring clients.
THE ROLE
- Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation for VIP clients.
- Provide an exceptional client experience by adhering to SLAs
- Problem-solve under high-pressure with extremely short lead times
- Cultivate excellent relationships with suppliers to ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Develop close rapports with tour managers to tailor travel experiences for the artists

ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2 years corporate travel consulting experience preferably with VIP clientele
- Group coordination skills highly desirable
- Strong GDS skills and fares knowledge essential.
- Superb communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
