THE COMPANY

Conveniently located in Sydney’s CBD, the property offers a haven of relaxation for business and leisure travelers in addition to flexible meeting and event spaces, able to accommodate corporate functions and grand scale celebrations.

THE ROLE

  • Reporting to the DOSM, this role has four direct reports
  • Proactively identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities across the Corporate & Consortia segments to expand market share through strategic sales leadership and relationship management
  • Expand revenue streams from existing and new trade distribution partners through strategic initiatives and partnerships
  • Develop and retain solid relationships with leisure travel advisors and consortia partners to increase the leisure market share
  • Control the corporate tendering and consortia contracting processes

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Experience in successfully identifying and securing new clients within Corporate & Consortia segments
  • Proven success in business development roles
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strategic leadership and commercial acumen skills
  • Solid, interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Well-developed time management and prioritising skills
