Be the key driver in developing and implementing sales action plans, increase market share from existing clients and generate new business opportunities for their unique stunning, multi venue spaces.
You will enjoy leading and mentoring a talented team of 9 including an Associate Director of C&E, a C&E Manager and Event Executives, ensuring smooth and efficient planning from pre-sales to post-event.
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
-Similar experience in a luxury hotel or resort
-Tertiary qualifications in Events Management
-Strong technical skills in hotel systems
-Highly organised with good attention to detail
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Genuine drive to provide exceptional customer service
