Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this great opportunity is available due to an internal career move. Join the leadership team of this successful international Hotel Group and manage the sales and marketing strategy for this newly branded hotel only minutes from Melbourne CBD.
THE ROLE
- Responsible for driving performance across rooms, MICE, conferencing and events
- Lead and develop the sales and marketing team, providing structure, clear expectations and mentoring
- Establish and oversee budgets for Sales, Marketing, and Conference & Events Sales departments
- Cultivate powerful relationships and build meaningful connections to win new business
