THE ROLE
- Manage the strategic focus of all revenue streams across rooms, MICE and F&B
- Drive pricing, distribution, and demand strategies to maximise profitability
- Execute innovative revenue strategies in the 5 Star luxury market
- Generate accurate, forward-looking forecasts and budgets
- Maximise overall hotel revenue including high-worth conferences and events

THE MUST HAVES
- Previous Revenue Management experience in a luxury Hotel
- Strong business growth strategy and proven financial acumen
