THE ROLE
This award winning 5-star hotel group has an exciting, role that will allow you to utilise your exceptional Marketing and PR talents to elevate the comprehensive marketing strategy of their signature property.
With a primary focus on promoting their F&B offerings including luxe restaurants, bars and catering, you with have the freedom to be creative, including collaborating with chefs to create events that will innovate the market. You will also design new marketing strategies to promote their bespoke accommodation, award winning spa facilities and loyalty programs.
Managing a team of 3, your comms responsibilities will include managing all media and PR strategies, including nurturing the existing relationships with key stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
· Previous marketing experience, preferably hotels
· Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
· Proven leadership and teamwork skills
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
· Strong business acumen
· Proven skills in a wide variety of multi-media programs
· Strong negotiation and influencing skills
· Flexible to attend media and marketing tradeshows
