THE ROLE
- This fast-paced position will see you handle the domestic and international travel arrangements for corporate clients including air, hotel, car and land
- Assist clients with amendments and cancellations as required
- Working towards SLAs, you’ll provide an exceptional level of service and be able to remain calm under pressure
THE MUST HAVES
- Min 2 years consulting travel experience
- Strong GDS skills and exceptional international airfare knowledge
- Proven ability to achieve KPIs
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
