THE ROLE
-Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation for VIP clients.
-Provide an exceptional client experience by adhering to SLAs
-Problem-solve under high-pressure with extremely short lead times
-Cultivate excellent relationships with suppliers to ensure the best outcomes for clients
-Develop close rapports with tour managers to tailor travel experiences for the artists
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
-Minimum 2 years corporate travel consulting experience preferably with VIP clientele
-Group coordination skills highly desirable
-Strong GDS skills and fares knowledge essential.
-Superb communication skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
