Our client is an internationally acclaimed 5 Star Hotel located in the heart of Tokyo. Reporting to the Executive Chef, this role will see you managing one of their award winning Restaurants, specialising in Western Cuisine. As the CDC, you will be responsible for managing this outlet kitchen as an independent profit centre.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a Hotel or high end restaurant preferably with experience in a Grill restaurant
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
-Basic Computer Skills in MS Office
