We are seeking a high-performing BDM with experience in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships across event sales and corporate sales. You will be confident in your ability to exceed KPIs through strategic business development and pipeline management.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
• Previous sales experience in the hospitality industry
• Exceptional presentation and communications skills
• Highly developed administrative skills and problem-solving aptitude
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary team
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
