THE ROLE
• Efficiently plan, execute and oversee events, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional guest experiences
• Lead and mentor a dynamic team to deliver a top-notch guest experience across all events
• Be responsible for day-to-day operations, maintaining strict service standards and practices
• Work closely with different departments and external vendors to ensure a superior quality of service
• Effectively convey information with your team to ensure guests are kept up to date with any changes
• Manage employee engagement to ensure a cohesive and motivated team
• Examine client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of better results
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5 Star luxury environment
• Superior food & beverage management experience
• Exemplary communication skills
• Highly organised with a detail-oriented approach
• Immaculate presentation
