The Role
Stepping into the full time role you will support the company's operations and product teams.
Your day will vary but include:
- Handling customer queries and processing booking information
- Supporting with documentation & data entry
- Receiving and assisting with resolving customer queries
- Monitoring social media profiles
The Must Haves
- Previous experience within a travel administration and customer service orientated role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritise
